usually i’ve had a good experience there. recently i asked for blond highlights but ended up w reddish hair. spend many hours there and lots of money. very disappointed. i’ll have to correct myself. i hope. i can. not many stylists can get the highlights right on darker hair. Hairstyling

I went there twice. People were nice. I liked the woman who did my hair. I made another appointment. I went today and found the salon was empty and a for rent sign on the building. I had to find a new place right away as my son is getting married and I needed my hair done. The new place told me studio M moved to a new location. A phone call from studio m would have been nice.

Critical: ProfessionalismScheduled an appointment 3 weeks out only to arrive that morning to be told my stylist called out because a slightly upset stomach and wanted to “play it safe.” Apparently they tried to call me — probably not much earlier that morning — but had the wrong number, despite me verifying my phone number with them when I made the appointment. Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out only to arrive that morning to be told my stylist called out because a slightly upset stomach and wanted to “play it safe.” Apparently they tried to call me — probably not much earlier that morning — but had the wrong number, despite me verifying my phone number with them when I made the appointment. I was very pleased with the services received. Stylists are knowledgable and down to earth. Stylists are very good at assessing your hair and giving advice for at home care so that your hair looks its best between trims/treatments. Very happy to have found Studio M. Will continue to frequent.

We loved Studio M. Taylor and Caitlyn did all the wedding hair and makeup done for me and my bridal party. They were able to get us all in early in the morning so that we could get back to our venue! The hair and make-up held up all night, even through the pouring rain! They were AMAZING, I would highly recommend them!

This is a wonderful salon. I’ve always been happy with everything I’ve gotten done there. This salon was recommended to me by a bride who chose Studio M to help her on her wedding day and everyone looked beautiful at the wedding. I’ve been a loyal customer since. The prices are great and service is fabulous. They are very accommodating even when I’ve had last minute scheduling problems or impending snow storms! What more could one ask for?

Here’s a warm and friendly salon that’s locally owned that is worth trying. Throughout my experiences, I’ve always been welcomed and given great service and the concern for making sure my requests are provided just as I’ve wanted. The one fault I have had though is trying to get a hold of the store by phone. Despite several phone calls, I usually end up having to stop by in-person to schedule an appointment.
