She offers detailed solutions to my problems with my hair without an attitude or acting like a know it all. The salon is beautiful and clean, and you can tell Lisa takes pride in her space. She is talented and works on many different hair types and textures with confidence. Lisa is one of the best stylists in the Baltimore area. She is incredibly professional and listens to my concerns. She offers detailed solutions to my problems with my hair without an attitude or acting like a know it all. The salon is beautiful and clean, and you can tell Lisa takes pride in her space. “Girl calm down! Don’t let the blonde get to your head :)” is what I told myself leaving Studio L Salon after my color/cut. I’ve been going to Lisa for years and love each and every experience. Her energy and passion for her job is incredible.The new studio is *chef’s kiss*!! Location is great, free parking available, I can go on. 10000% recommend!

Critical: QualityI’m sorry to say that this reviews played with my brain, everyone spoke great of Lisa, I made an appointment for a haircut, well after washing it on today my hair is chopped on the back, the right side is longer than the left side, it looks horrible, the worst cut I have ever had. Yes the salon is beautiful, the hair wash Lisa gave me was really bad I still had shampoo on my sides and she didn’t even wet the hair properly, it felt rushed, she use a razor to cut the back and now I have chopped pieces, she made sure to blow dry quick and fast so I could not notice it. She was not as bubbly and friendly as people wrote on here.
