Great experience! I had never been to Juan before, but my grey hair needed help. Juan attentively listened, he made recommendations and suggestions that made me feel at ease with what to do. I’m so happy I went to him, he took his time and explained to me every step of the way. He was very professional. The end result was better than I expected, I love my hair and came out of his salon feeling renewed and reinvigorated!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI got there at 9:50 am today for my 10am appointment with Juan. At 10:05 am he is still not there, at 10:10ish am another 2 ladies come in and say they have an appointment with Juan at 10am also. At this point I don’t know what to think because theres no way you can book 3 people for HAIR COLORING at the same time…. 1 of the girls with a 10 am appointment says hes usually 10 mins late on her past appointments and this other guy there in the salon said that Juan makes you wait, that one time he waited an hour an half for him. Thats so DISRESPECTFUL TO PEOPLES TIME just cause you know your good. horrible 1st experience. I left after 20 mins of waiting, Its about to be 3 pm and still no reply or apology msg from Juan.I got there at 9:50 am today for my 10am appointment with Juan. He was recommended by a co-worker 7 years ago & even after moving to Waxahachie, I will drive 45-50 minutes to his salon in GP because just can’t find anyone closer as good as him. I have extremely curly, dry hair. When he cuts & does a blowout, it’s so pretty & soft. When I wear it curly, the cut is perfect. Juan is THE best hairstylist I’ve ever used in the DFW area. Truly an artist and he takes his time. He was recommended by a co-worker 7 years ago & even after moving to Waxahachie, I will drive 45-50 minutes to his salon in GP because just can’t find anyone closer as good as him.
