I would leave a 0 if I could. Kim ruined my hair. I’ve been told it will take months to look descent again. I’d never been there to get my hair done before, that was my first mistake. I wanted to get a new do for my class reunion. Now my hair looks horrible. My hair was blonde, one length to a flip on my shoulders, and great condition. I wanted it light brown with blonde highlights. I even had pictures. Kim said she could do it and I believed her. I wanted it cut in the back like smoothly layered down and specifically said I don’t want it to look chopped. When she was done I had to try not to cry. My hair is now dark gray with white skunk stripes and the back is terribly chopped. All the white stripes made that part of my hair into horrible condition. It’s so bad it’s like she did it on purpose, but she didn’t know me. She just didn’t know what she was doing! There’s a big wide white stripe across the front that looks like a headband! Like a fool I paid her $75, and like an idiot I even tipped her. I think I was in shock and just did what was natural. I made it clear that I wasn’t happy. She didn’t say anything. The next day I called Kim and asked for that money back. She didn’t protest and said she would give it back. I’m sure she knew what a terrible job she did. How could she not know. I thanked her and told her I appreciated it so I would not say anything to anybody about it. When I went to get it she had changed her mind! She said she talked to others in the shop and they said she shouldn’t because she had to use products and for her time. How ridiculous! She clearly used the wrong products and what about my time that I wasted! And just as bad, she didn’t keep her word. I think she was going to do the right thing before she talked to the other people at the shop, so this place is bad AND unethical. I wanted my hair to look pretty and now it’s actually embarrassing and I have a class reunion to go to. Thanks a lot Kim.

horrible experience. messed up my grams hair and ruined it. she was crying. ridiculous and wouldn’t give her money back. Kim was the one who did her hair
