I told the lady how I wanted it and she did what she wanted anyways. I specifically asked her not layered and that I only wanted a trim and she did the complete opposite of all that. She started layering it saying it’ll look better inspite of my protests. And when she kept cutting the sides I reminded her how I still wanted them to be long and she said I had told her to cut it short, which I did nothing of the sort! So I told her “No! I said I wanted a trim, and still have the it long on the sides. I even showed you how I wanted it to look.” And she said sorry, yea well sorry isn’t going to make my hair look back like how I wanted it. And on top of that I’m paying to look the complete opposite of what I wanted. I have to live with this much shorter than what I wanted hair for months! Every time I look in the mirror, I’m going to be sad, knowing my hair was much longer than this, and it’s so much shorter than what I asked for. and she didn’t even do a good job at it. She left the left side all chopped up, and didn’t even finish the right side, once she realized she messed up in not doing what I asked her. All the layers are uneven like she just scattered chunks of my hair and took off however much she wanted.

I’ve been a loyal customer for 2 years and I’ve always got a plain cut. Then some new hairstylist decided to wash my hair without letting me know there’s an additional charge for the wash ($3 extra). Needless to say, I haven’t gone back ever since.
