I went in to get my daughter’s hair cut. One of the stylists (don’t know her name but she was young with glasses) sat my daughter down and started cutting her hair DRY! This is the first time I have ever seen anyone cut hair dry-normally they wash, cut and blow dry your hair- she never even offered that option. My daughter has thick wavy hair and the dry cut did not turn out well in my opinion. I asked her if she normally cuts the hair dry and she said yes “if you just come in for a haircut”. Huh? It seemed lazy to me. I will not be going back.
