Critical: ProfessionalismThis salon is extremely unprofessional and rude!! Not sure if it was because I’m the only POC in the entire salon or if they were simply having a bad week but I’ll never make the mistake of coming here again. The employees were nasty and did everything they could to make sure we couldn’t schedule an appointment. First time I called they put me on hold for 10 minutes and hung up. Second time I called they told me that the nail tech was only available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; I had to consult with my friend so I told them I’d call them back. Third time I left a message and didn’t hear back for days. Fourth time I called they suddenly didn’t have a nail tech on Thursdays, only Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Lady was quick to blame the “new hire” for misinformation. Needless to say it was extremely disappointing service and I would never recommend this salon to anyone. Studio H is fantastic. I’ve been going there for over 5 years and Heather and her team are so friendly, know what they are doing and really care that their clients are happy with the results. I’ve had haircuts, makeup application and blow outs for headshots, family pictures and special events over the years (by Heather, Samantha, Jamilee and others) and have been pleased every time. I also had an unbelievably relaxing reflexology treatment there, definitely give that a try too!
