Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMy stylist is extremely gifted. Which is why I’m saddened to be leaving this review. I was really rooting for every young person in this salon. It is a beautiful premise and a great opportunity. But first rule of business, communicate well and timely. Second rule of business, be ethical! Talent will only take you so far in business. While I understand that life and emergencies happen, once they do, it is only fair to your customer to refund the monies for a service you did not provide. And a good business owner, attempting to build loyal customers, would have called post an emergency, apologized and reviewed options for a mutually acceptable solution. I reached out about my refund almost a month ago and sadly am now having to fight through PayPal to get my refund. Stylez So Unique, stylist Alondra, was a very good stylist. But sadly the continued canceled appointments, changed at the last minute appointments and now this are just too much. I hope she reads this and understands I was really rooting for her! She has a great opportunity there. To properly capitalize on it though, she has to get better with her business practices. My stylist is extremely gifted. Which is why I’m saddened to be leaving this review. I was really rooting for every young person in this salon. It is a beautiful premise and a great opportunity. But first rule of business, communicate well and timely. Second rule of business, be ethical! Talent will only take you so far in business. I also booked a brow tint with @kreativetouch_tae and loved them. Every stylist was very polite and the shop was clean and a fun experience.Service: Hairstyling

Critical: ProfessionalismI wouldn’t recommend scheduling a makeup appointment with the Dedior experience (Destinee) considering the fact that my appointment was cancelled last minute after paying a $25 deposit fee and never being refunded. I wouldn’t recommend scheduling a makeup appointment with the Dedior experience (Destinee) considering the fact that my appointment was cancelled last minute after paying a $25 deposit fee and never being refunded. It’s $25 so I’m struggling to understand how difficult it is to refund a security fee for services that were not provided. & The communication is very poor to the point of being ignored.

I usually never go to a different person , but I’ll definitely be going back! I’m tender headed and there was no pain , didn’t take long , came out exactly how I wanted , and the customer service was 11/10. Service: Hairstyling
