I’ve been going to this salon regularly for over a year and am always happy and satisfied with my hair! Haylee does such a great job and though I don’t know much about hair, she is skilled at what she does. I always feel good because she talks to me about exactly what she’s doing with my hair, and she shows me my hair before she curls it so that I can see how it looks before it’s styled if I want to make any changes. I would literally trust her to dye my hair purple if that’s what she thought would look the best,lol.

I had to cancel less than 24 hours (6 hours, only the 1st time) and they still charged me $188.89. I even confirmed I was still keeping my appt for the next week. I was informed that since the first visit I had previously was scheduled online (you have to agree to a cancellation policy to schedule online ) that I was not going to have the charge reversed.

Absolutely amazing salon! Savannah is such a great stylist and was really nice chatting with her as well! I will be asking for her everytime! My hair looks amazing and she made me feel so beautiful walking out the door. The whole staff is great. Definitely recommended!! Will be coming back!

Hannah Gray is the best hairstylist around. She will give you honest advice, not pressure you into buying products (but will show you what you need), and truly care about you. I have long hair and she’s the first to not try to convince me I need to cut it. She made me look like a princess for my wedding (even helped decorate when we were running behind) and did my mom’s hair (not scheduled) to look like fairy godmother (cinderella themed). She’s amazing and trustworthy. Studio f/x is a beautiful place where you feel welcomed, beautiful, and taken care of… Before Hannah and studio f/x I hadn’t had my hair professionally done in years because it was hard for me to trust anyone. Now, I’m a lifelong (yes) customer!

While visiting for Thanksgiving, my son and husband needed haircuts for our family pictures. The stylists was very nice but gave both of my boys awful cuts. Not blended, uneven and quite shaggy. We asked for specific cuts; a 1 on the sides faded into a finger length cut up top. Instead of that, she tried to blend their hair with thinning shears. On top of the awful cuts, it cost over $50 for a men’s cut and child’s cut.
