I went in for a partial highlight & haircut on 7/15. The stylist curled my hair and I didn’t notice how bad the color was until 7/17. As more time passed, I decided to call the salon on 7/21 to express my dissatisfaction. The next day I spoke with the owner and she said she could have someone fix it. Instead, I requested a refund, but she stated “we don’t do refunds.” I sent her pictures and indicated that I could come in since a refund wasn’t an option. Another stylist tried to fix the problems. Unfortunately, my hair looks orange now.
