Feb 8th was my very first time to ever step into this salon, and I will continue to use this salon. I had a appointment with a lady at Salon In Tyler who was very disrespectful. My appointment was set for 2 pm and I arrived early due to it being my first time there. The lady never acknowledged me, and was actually using my time to having her own hair colored.
