They were my biggest stressor of a vendor in this process. I booked them two years in advance. As we got closer to the wedding month, I would email them and not get responses. When I contacted them to set up my trial, it almost seemed like they were annoyed that they had to make time for my trial and that I had to hurry to get it booked. Fast forward to the day of my trial – I drove from Rochester, MN (where I currently live) to Alexandria, MN which was 3 1/2 hours specifically for this appointment (a month before the big day). Long story short, my hair stylist didn’t show up as she was sick and didn’t let me know I wouldn’t be having my trial. The owner of the salon let me sit at the salon 20 minutes past my appointment time until she decided to ask who I was there to see and then kept questioning me that my trial was actually that day when I had the confirmation email on my phone. I ended up having to drive again on a different weekend for my trial to be done. They did show up early the day of my wedding, but I felt tension and slight attitude from one of the stylists.
