Cidalia is an eyebrow wizard. I’ve been seeing her like clockwork every 4 weeks for over a year. I was under the impression that you couldn’t get a good arch shape with wax, and threading (which I hate) was the only option. Not if you go to Cidalia. Wizard I’m telling you.

Outstanding!!! My eyebrows have never looked better. The compliments alone will bring me back….not to mention how fabulous I look. My lashes are pretty and feel like feathers not heavy at all. Cidalia is a true artist and I’m very glad I found her. She is sweet and we had great conversation during my appointment. If your thinking about it, stop. Just book an appointment. Believe when I say you will not regret it!

Cidalia is fantastic at what she does. I’ve been coming here consistently to get my eyebrows threaded for the past 2 years since I moved back, but came for a couple years when I lived in CT before too. Cidalia has an eye for symmetry, she shapes/tints my brows perfectly! She’s also a hard worker… she’s the only one there! The only downside, which isn’t a reflection of Cidalia by any means, is the price for tinting is pretty high. I spend the money because she does a great job and I tip as well, and also get points for discounts which is nice… but I just wish the tinting wasn’t so hefty of a price tag! Regardless, it’s worth it to me given Cidalia’s skills and fun conversation.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueCidalia was so patient and welcomed us immediately upon arrival. I don’t see where the bad reviews are coming from. Honestly she is doing a wonderful job at running this location alone. Customers love to give employees a hard time. That’s just always the case.Anyhow, eyebrow tint is a bit expensive because it will last a month instead of the 2 weeks. It is very well worth it. I have come here about a handful of times and one woman always does my eyebrows where they still look full and clean, I recently had someone new do my eyebrows (wax), her name is Cat. She was super friendly and upbeat and asked if I wanted a clean up. I am assuming based on her style that she usually makes eyebrows thinner than they should be. I am disappointed with my eyebrows but I appreciated the service and her professionalism. Next time I will go with a picture of what my eyebrows usually look like just to make sure we are on the same page! Over all very clean environment and nice staff.

Today 12/18 my mother wanted to get her eyebrows done. A light skin lady with short hair attended her. She seemed irritated since the first step that she took in. She told her to to put her information in a tablet, She didn’t want to but she told her it was necessary. A client came after she entered and she attended her first claiming she had an appointment, she understood and after thirty minutes another woman entered, and after she finished the First Lady she told my mother to sit on the recliner. HOWEVER the employee seemed to try and be smooth and she began to speak to the other lady that entered and began doing her eyebrows instead of my mothers. My mother got up and the employee said that she also had an appointment. My mother frustrated got up and said thank you, I have other errands to do. Not a good experience. And another thing, with the first client the employee was talking badly about other clients, very unprofessional, would not recommend. My mother needed a simple service and nothing was done. NOT RECOMMENDED, HALF HOUR WAIT FOR NOTHING.
