I gave 5 start before. Is my favorite place when Revathi is working but when is Minerva always is a issue to attends me without appointment, rude and she always just have one or two person in the salon. Revathi always is helpfull even when she have more people. Employee need more customer service skills.

I was the only person there. The lady that attended me was on the phone the whole time and while waxing my brows. That’s completely unprofessional. It was super quick and I get home and check out my brows and my brows weren’t even good. There were still pieces of hair that could have been removed. I had to fix them myself. This was my second time going here and the first time went perfect. It was a different person. So I wont be back due to the inconsistency. I’d rather go to the ulta in the same mall and get them done at the benefit brow. At least there they know what their doing.

This is about my first experience at Studio Brow and my first ever LASH LIFT service. I have yet to see any reviews about the lash lift but I can tell you from my experience today: shockingly underwhelming, I left the place looking exactly the same as before the service, just $70 poorer!

I have never gotten my eyebrows done and was very nervous into getting them done. Pricella was so friendly and recommended what would be best for me and I have to say it was perfect! She was very professional and amazing with eyebrows!! She even does my boyfriends now! Would highly recommend her without a doubt! Deff booking my appointments with her for now on. Definitely not trusting anyone but her with them! And she makes us both comfortable while she does them. 10/10 for her!
