5 months ago I booked 6 appointments for my wedding. I had gone in for a “mock hair trial” and was told by the owner, Angela, that my hair was telling her that it didnt want to be styled a certain way and that it’s very difficult to style hair that she had not previously cut. I decided on a very easy style that I would be okay with. I told her the date, time, and location that I would need her for my wedding. She confirmed everything in person and via email. I had asked about a downpayment at my “mock hair trial” and she said she would figure it out but I was definitely booked for that day. After not hearing much after 1 month, I left a message at the salon, emailed her and called again and spoke with another woman saying everything was set and she would tell Angela. 3 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING, I recieve the most condescending and rude email I have ever received stating that she had no idea of the date, time, and location and is going to reopen her salon on my wedding day for customers. After calling and emailing her, she says she is unable to talk and will call the next day. So 3 days before my wedding, I had to call and find another hair stylist for 6 ladies. Luckily I found Urban Hair Salon to do the job. The next day I received another email stating that we were not a good fit. She blamed not knowing anything on the employee she “let go”. This has been my experience. A very very poor one. Book at your own risk. Honestly it deserves a 0 star but I had to put 1 star to write a review.

BEST SALON HANDS DOWN!!! The Owner & Staff are Professional, Knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is beautiful and clean. The prices are reasonable, and I always walk out feeling like a million dollars! I will NEVER go to another Salon!
