Everyone was so welcoming and with reopening of business, it was perfectly clean and spaced out, which made me feel so assured and safe. My first time here and absolutely loved it. Everyone was so welcoming and with reopening of business, it was perfectly clean and spaced out, which made me feel so assured and safe. Lois did an amazing job and did the color I really wanted and Michelle did my cut perfect. All exactly how I wanted and I love it so much and will definitely be returning.

Critical: ProfessionalismI am very upset and disappointed in the service i was given. I feel like due to my age I was taken advantage of. I have been getting extensions since October and always have issues with them. I decided to let it go. Recently I wanted to grow out my natural color and have my hair dyed to fix up my roots with a balayage and new color extensions. So i paid 400 for new hair and the color did not match my roots AT ALL. I made my appointment for color and extensions and they said i did not need color. Did not fix my roots at all i left with the same fine line i came with, only different was a totally different color comimg out on my ends that looked like poorly done highlights because I was told i didn’t need color. Once my extensions were put in it was too late to get color because it had to be done before the extensions were put in. I always tip well and was nothing but polite but I am very disappointed i wasted 800 total and i have to take them out myself and find a new salon. Positive: QualityI’ve been going to Susie for years to get highlights and always receive compliments from family and friends about how pretty my highlights are. With the pandemic, the business is very clean and the staff is excellent at helping clients feel safe.
