I usually do not leave reviews but I have been coming here for YEARS here lately they have been slipping the last couple of time I have been to studio B and each time they have messed my eyebrows up ! After explaining the issue on how my eyebrows are messed up she then argues with me trying to tell me that’s how my eyebrows grow, girl you been doing my eyebrows for years and they never looked like this !! YOU JUST MESSED THEM UP. I honestly believe the owner Mrs B just did not want to do my eyebrows, she always try to send me to the new girl when I come in. I gave the new girl one chance a month or two ago & she is just to aggressive and never ask what I’m looking for. Mrs B usually knows what she is doing and that’s who I usually prefer. But here lately She just wants to sit behind the desk and send everyone to her assistant.The only reason this place is still getting business is because there is no competition in the Conway area. I will be going to Little Rock for now on

This place is slowly going down hill . I gave it another chance and was charged $15 instead of $10 but if I was told this up front I would’ve gone to Little Rock. However, she told me as she was doing my eyebrows. Also please change your hours online as you decided to close one hour before. There were three people who came after 6 . It’s an inconvenience.only reason why it’s still in business is due to there only being two threading places in Conway.

Every time I come here they do a great job on my eyebrows, it’s just the horrible sanitation! You’re suppose to sanitize the chair after every client! I always have to tell them to do it and it’s something they should already be doing. Eyebrow threading

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going to studio b for several years and I have seen miss b go through multiple assistants however this recent assisstant she has gotten does a very poor job I like many of the other reviews have stated have requested for the assisstant not to do my eyebrows however mrs.b ignores my request and continues to send me to her assisstant I have continued to go to studio b in hopes that with practice her assisstant would improve however this has not Happened and I have grown tired of paying to get my eyebrows threaded and leaving unhappy I should not be forced to have my eyebrows done by someone who incompatible of doing my eyebrows the way that I like them especially since I AM THE CUSTOMER I can no longer tolerate this and I will not be returning to studio B and before any says just ask for mrs B and she will do them hear me LOUD AND CLEAR I have asked for mrs b to do my eyebrows and my requests have been ignored not once but several time so maybe you have had the luxury of having your request met by Mrs b BUT I HAVE NOT. She has this new assistant in that I gave a chance to wax my eyebrows and she did them horrible. Now everytime I come in the shop I tell Bhavana I WOULD LIKE TO WAIT FOR HER I DONT WANT TO GO TO THE NEW LADY!!! She tries to force this lady upon me!
