Annum was excellent! She came highly recommended, which did not surprise me after I saw my completed balayage. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she delivered! After having no color in my hair for 5 years, I was nervous about letting someone mess with my hair. I’m so happy I went to Annum. She is clearly talented in coloring and I will definitely return!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAnnum is always amazing and exceeds my expectations! She is very knowledgeable and gives tips for maintaining the health and color at home in between appointments. My hair is very long and thick. It was a challenge at first since I thought I had grown out and cut off the portion of my hair that was box-colored 5+ years ago, but it showed up near my ends while starting to go blonde from my natural dark brown/black hair. That portion did not lift as well as the rest of my virgin hair but she made sure it was still blended and toned as much as possible. By the second session in going a little lighter, you could barely tell where that box-colored portion used to be. She was able to get me really light in just a few sessions while still keeping the integrity of my hair. Now I just go in for toning and root touch ups and for as blonde as my hair is, it looks and feels very healthy. I also do my part in using less heat on my hair and deep conditioning often. I have waist length hair and I appreciate that her trims do not take off much length. Annum is great at communicating, hearing any of your concerns and dealing with challenging hair (especially if you’re honest about previous color in your hair).
