Shes amazing. I bought a groupon for waxing and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The space was clean and professional looking. I saw Annette, who was excellent. She did a fantastic job not only performing the services but also explaining what she was doing and making me feel comfortable. I initially purchased a groupon for one visit — as soon as I got home from my appointment I bought the package for three visits.

I had no less than 3 reminders for my wax appointment with Annette. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and a guest who arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment time was taken back first (appointments are for 15 minutes). So the late guest was seen at my appointment time. After waiting 10 minutes for an appointment that would only take 10 minutes, I left. I don’t frequent businesses that don’t respect my time.
