Positive: QualityShanita, Studio A’s owner did my hair and I loved the entire experience. She’s super friendly, and respected my time! I also appreciated how she used special shampoos & conditioners to help with my dry scalp. I showed Shanita a pic of the style I wanted and she took it to the next level. Shanita also had the BEST ATTITUDE when I asked for a flip here & there. Somepeople get impatient, but she was intentional about making sure I was happy with my style and hair cut! To top it off, at the end of my appointment, she just scooped me up by saying “I’m taking you under my wing now!” What! IAMSOLD! She has a new customer in me AND both of my daughters!! Customer service is everything in this very competitive hair industry. Shanita is always in a great mood and her professionalism never wavers. In my opinion, she is a color master. I recently got a trim with hi lights on my natural hair.
