It was the worst hair color I ever had. I asked for a strawberry blond look, my hair is a light brown color, and a blended look. I ended up with stripes of bleach blond and dark red across the top of my head. It took another salon to fix the issue with two more foils and one color over everything. Still if you look closely you can still see the strips. The hairdresser was Katie O. I don’t know about the others, but I WOULD NOT SEE HER, she clearly does not know what she is doing or just likes to destroy customers hair.

Worst haircut in my life. They used to be busy now only owner is there. I have never ever seen somebody who did not give a mirror to check back of cut. Turned my head away from mirror so I could not see her cutting. Told her shoulder length it’s up to chin…will need to wait a year to grow and the cut is do uneven. It’s sad

If you want an “old lady” hair cut go here. Worst hair color I’ve ever had. And the cut is NOT what i asked for but sure fits bill for an old folks home. Save yourself the grief. They may have new digs, but it’s dirty and you’ll hate what you paid a lot of money for.

No one has ever answered the phone when I call, and I’ve only been able to schedule one haircut via a call back. This last time it took me leaving two messages to get a call back a week later. When I explained it was too late as we were going out of town, she just said ok and hung up. I was surprised there was no apology. I want to support local businesses, but i’m done trying to patronize this place.

Beautiful shop but will never go back. I was never shown a mirror to look at the back of my hair. I think she was more concerned about kicking me out so she could leave. It wasn’t what I wanted!!
