I had an appt at 1:00 for 2 updos showed up and no one was available to do my hair. Someone curled 3 pieces of my hair, did a braid (which she had to YouTube to remember how to braid) and left again. After several minutes the lady who did my MIL hair had to step in and do my hair. My hair was so flat and falling out within 30 minutes. I am thankful for the gal who stepped up and tried to do my hair, but unfortunately it didn’t hold up and was the worst updo. She did say she and the other girl come from barbers so don’t have much experience with updos. I am not blaming the stylist, but blaming whoever told me they could accommodate us at 1 for a scheduled appt several weeks prior and they couldn’t hold up their end and didn’t have anyone available that was comfortable with doing updos. Highly disappointed and waste of money. I have been here a few times and never had a problem like this.

Becky is awesome! She takes time to listen to your ideas and works with you throughout your entire process. The atmosphere makes you think you’re in a posh salon in the big city. All the girls are super nice. They’re handling the Covid restrictions very responsibly.

I use to work here as a stylist and I am so sad that I had to leave because this place is Amazing!! Overall, wonderful, most talented girls you will find around the city of Greenville. You will have the best Aveda experience you could ever have. Not any other salon can come close to it in the Greenville area. So I would say I highly recommend everyone!! It’s a beautiful clean salon!! Go on in and enjoy the wonderful experience. TRUST ME!!
