The first thing is that I arrived 20 min early to my 12pm massage appointment. The massage therapist arrived at the time my service was supposed to start and didn’t take me back until 15 min after she had arrived. I had booked a 90 min Swedish massage and it was cut short even more when she finished right at 120. Afterward I had a facial appointment. It has been the first time I have ever had a facial without steam. I’d booked the luxury facial and thought that it was weird steam is not used even though they remove product with hot towels. For the prices they charge I expected a well experienced and steamed facial with a facial massage which I did not get. Needless to say I give the girls 3 stars. I enjoyed the massage during the time I was given and the facial was fair. It’s a nice looking place, but I think they need to improve on their time management and luxury services.

Before booking with this spa, you better hope that you never have an emergency and have to cancel. You will be charged 50% of your service charge fee. Not to mention the prices recently went up. The person that does my pedicure, Valerie , did not even vouch for me, even though I called her to explain my family emergency and need to reschedule, I have brought 2 customers to this spa. I have had to wait for her late arrival multiple times, and still tip. Too bad there is not a policy for their employee’s late arrival. I hope they enjoyed that fee.

From my first appointment, Kelley and the Staff made me feel like family. I was extremely pleased with the service she provided and loved the results. My husband became her customer too after my rave reviews. I soon started regular pedicures with Valerie. Best pedi I have ever had! The remodel is just the icing on the cake!! Gorgeous. Shout outs to Natalie V (my go-to for spray tans and facials), Shelby (excellent massage therapist) and Erin who is always pleasant and such a great first impression of the salon!
