Hyper Focus
I can’t comment on the skills or service because my appointment keeps getting cancelled by the staff!!! I realize things happen but after the third time I’m furious. The first time my appointment was cancelled 30 minutes before the start time as I was walking out the door. Seriously???? They obviously don’t want any new business. Judging by some of the other comments, they really need to revamp their scheduling process.

I have seen a pattern of the salon canceling days before the appointment or the receptionist making appointments, but the person who is supposed to do my hair is actually unavailable. It’s hard for someone who works to be expected to change my schedule constantly. Very sad in the inconsistency. I appreciate the work the ladies do, and they are friendly.
