Horrible first expirence with Valeria. Poor communicator and canceled my appointment after I sat in the waiting room lobby for 20 min. After booking my appointment she gave me this address with no further details. Upon arrival there was nobody to check me in or signs to guide me to a direction. As a first time customer I hesitated to wonder in areas that could be prohibited, and my initial thought was Valeria was finishing up with a customer or sombody is going to greet me at the door so I waited in the lobby. My appointment time had come up and Valeria had not reached out, only after 15 min when she then texted me notifying me for the first time about her 15 min late poilcy and that she was no longer able to complete my appointment.

Most amazing place… 20 rooms with beautification services… The owners clearly have great taste, a specific level of brilliance, style, and and class unmatched by any “studio salon” I’ve ever seen… I used to live in LA… That’s a positive in this context… Haha…. HA! Call them for an individualized appointment.

I used to get my lashes and toes done by Lyndsie Milne! She started telling everyone my business & telling them personal things that have gone on in my life. If you go to her, I highly recommend you watch what you tell her! Never again will I get services done by her! Very unprofessional! Also talks about her other clients to me!

I wish I could actually give them 0 stars, I went in to get my hair done on 11/09/17 by Jessica Bosch Argyle and this was the biggest nightmare I have ever gone through when it comes to my hair!! I first contacted Jessica on Facebook on 11/03/17 and asked how much she would charge to touch up my regrowth, I am naturally a dark brunette but I have been bleaching my hair professionally for 5+ years, she informed me of the price which was $55 and at that time we scheduled an appointment for 11/09/17 at 4:00 PM, during this conversation I also sent her a photo of my hair currently and asked if this was something is felt her expertise could handle, she confirmed. I went to the appointment and showed up 15 minutes before my appointment so she could get a look in person to make sure again this was something she could handle. We started the process at about 4:10 PM after the small talk and after about 35 minutes of the bleach sitting on my hair/head she decided it was time to wash the bleach out. She washed it out, realized she didn’t leave the bleach on long enough and she had decided at the time that she was going to use a toner on my hair to try and pull the orange color out of my hair, which she left on my hair far to long! So, after that failed attempt she began to blow dry my hair and when I asked about the roots being a different color, she stated she was going to re-bleach my hair and asked if I could come back tomorrow 11/10/17 so she could do that, at this time my hair was blonde, purple/gray (from over toning my hair) and orange. I asked if we could just complete the appointment considering I had already taken time off work that day to be at my appointment and couldn’t really afford to miss any more time. She agreed and began to re-bleach my hair for the 2nd time in 3 hours. She washed it out again after another 30+ minutes of it sitting on my hair/head and toned it AGAIN, then realized it still wasn’t matching so she then made up another toner and toned it again. At this time it was after 9 PM and I told her I was going to go ahead and go home to try and wash the over tone out because at this time I was already completely unhappy with the entire service. I paid her for her services and while leaving she stated” If you aren’t 100% happy with it, let me know.” Well once I got home and looked at it up close (because I have bad vision) I messaged her immediately and asked her to fix it. She replied again over Facebook that she has done everything she felt she could and couldn’t do anything else for me. When I got that message I was very shocked and then asked for a refund minus the cost of product because I knew I was going to have to pay double if not triple to get my hair fixed from this disaster she had caused. She stated she doesn’t do refunds and left it at that. I went to a salon the next day which ended up costing me $200 (not including tip) to fix this nightmare, not to mention another 3 1/2 hours of work I had to miss to get in to see somebody who obviously knew what they’re doing. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY USE THIS SALON!!
