Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went to the Salon for highlights back in July. I was able to get in the same day and the experience was great! Tristin was my stylist she was newer to being a stylist but you would never know. She did an amazing job! I couldn’t have had a better experience and my hair came out better than I could have imagined! The place was clean and they took the appropriate measures to keep customers safe. I went to the Salon for highlights back in July. I was able to get in the same day and the experience was great! Tristin was my stylist she was newer to being a stylist but you would never know. She did an amazing job! I couldn’t have had a better experience and my hair came out better than I could have imagined! I go to Ellie she is not only very talented hair dresser but a wonderful person who knows how to handle unruly curly hair. Ellie also is an excellent colorist. All the staff are talented and a great beauty shop with a warm welcoming atmosphere.

Was at the salon this morning and Ray was my hair dresser. I could not have been happier the minute I walked in I was comfortable. Great salon bright ,cherry and warm. Ray is a genius he took my unruly hair gave me a great cut and did a balayge it came out great!! My husband says it is the best haircut I have ever gotten and I agree.I am beyond happy! I don’t typically do reviews and I probably should as I find reading them so helpful in deciding to try something new. So here goes; I found Angeline through Groupon for lash extensions and have not looked back, in fact I have followed her to two different locations( 1st two were the same Salon different locations) and now finally at Studio 72. Angeline does such a fantastic job, my lashes always look amazing when she’s done they are longer darker thicker but NATURAL LOOKING!!!!! but please know that she is honest in telling you to be realistic and does care about your lash health( yup, lash health!), that you need to take a break from them and when you should take that break. Angeline is a doll, friendly, great conversation (if you want it, or just rest and enjoy the pampering) I can’t imagine going to anyone else. Here’s a quick little review on Studio 72. I’ve been there twice now for my lashes and everyone is super friendly, a cute little waiting area with fHf products to buy(I like trying new things and samples are always nice, which they happily Provide) a variety of ages can be seen there and they seem to know their clients. Hair products are current and what I’ve seen looks like they aren’t a “sleepy/out of date “salon. Take the chance, you won’t regret it!

I purchased a Groupon to have eyelash extensions applied and also a 2 week fill and I had a horrible experience. I went in and had my original appointment to have the lashes applied. The upper lashes were glued to my lower lashes and needed to be pried apart. After it looked like my lower lashes had been cut to separate the top and bottom lashes. When the owner was told I was unhappy instead of offering any money back I was offered a pedicure with one specific employee. I was never offered any money back, never offered a refund for the fill appointment I never received and I will NEVER go back nor recommend anyone go to this salon for this service.
