Nelli was awesome! She was great about talking through what I liked and didn’t like. She made great color suggestions because in wanted a full foil. I went with her suggestions for blonde and low lights. I am very happy with it. Then we talked through a nice hair style and she cut it perfectly! Made my next appointment already for a couple months out!

I was grateful to get a last minute appointment, but I should have chosen a more experienced stylist. My haircut looked nice, but I specifically told my stylist I didn’t want my hair thinned very much, and she proceeded to thin it for 20 minutes. I now have cowlicks across my entire hairline, which is terrible in this humidity. I expected more knowledge from a stylist at a prestigious salon. I may return to try another stylist, but I haven’t decided.

Realized my hair was left significantly long from the dorsal right side of the head, and called the salon within an hour of the cut to see if I can come in to have it fixed. The lady on the phone asked the stylist, and she couldn’t that day cuz she had another commitment – understandable. Called the salon the next morning, same lady picks up the phone, asked her if my cut can be fixed, only to be told the stylist is super busy. I reminded her I have a wedding to attend the following day, and insisted it should only take a few mins. Puts me on hold and tells me to come at a time I wasn’t available at. I asked her if there’s another time available, but was coldly denied. A lil frustrated at her idgaf demeanor, I told her I’d have to get a hair cut somewhere else only to fix a mistake the salon made. Proceeds by saying ‘Ok’ and goes silent.
