Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI wish I could actually speak to Faith’s hair skills because I have heard such good things about her. I had appointments scheduled for 2 different times and didn’t get a haircut. First she texted me 45 mins before my appt to tell me the client before me hadn’t arrived yet, so she would need to push my appt to later. What??!! I rescheduled for another day, got a reminder text 2 days prior, showed up to my appt and she is not even in the shop. The other stylist said she is out of the country. I wish I could actually speak to Faith’s hair skills because I have heard such good things about her. I had appointments scheduled for 2 different times and didn’t get a haircut. I love getting my hair done at Studio 7! Faith is SO talented with balayage and ombre techniques. My hair NEVER received as many compliments as it has since I started coming to Faith in June 2016. I love bright, unnatural, and bold colors for my own hair. Faith nails the look I want every time. I was so happy with her work that my mom started coming here, too. My mom isn’t a fan of magenta hair on herself, but Faith is a pro with the natural looks, too! xD
