Sarah was recommended to me by my barber so I did have somewhat high expectations. She took her time on my thick rugged eyebrows and worked like and artist. I drive 30 miles each way to get my eyebrows done by her. She is so amazing at what she does. When the pandemic hit, I stayed away from all the public places (hence could not get my eyebrows done for over 6 months). But I did not let anyone else touch my eyebrows and came back to Sara. ive been going to sara for years now but lately now more than ever it’s been so hard to get an appointment. my phone calls never go through it always rings into “remote access code”. it’s very hard to get ahold of her and even schedule something. her hours aren’t updated on google or even the website and i have drove 15 min twice now to try to walk in and get my eyes brows done and they were closed when online it said it was open. i have also referred many people to her she’s great but i feel like they have better access to her than i do and i’ve been a loyal client! i hope they fix their phones.
