I love going here! Amanda is amazing at color, cuts, etc. All of the stylists are friendly and very talkative. You’ll never have a boring time here! The salon is always clean and they have done a great job during Covid times to keep their customers and each other as safe as possible! I couldn’t recommend a better place. You can hear stylists gossiping about other stylists and the latest drama in the salon. My experience even though my friend worked there, thank god she no longer does, was horrible. My hair turned out great, but I was forced to leave the product I bought and brought with me AND forced to pay the salon also. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. The atmosphere of this salon is so unprofessional and catty. You can hear stylists gossiping about other stylists and the latest drama in the salon. My experience even though my friend worked there, thank god she no longer does, was horrible. My hair turned out great, but I was forced to leave the product I bought and brought with me AND forced to pay the salon also. Talk about a joke of a salon.

Will never visit this place again the stylists turn me away and it was still 15 mind to close. I dont know about you but last min customers are usually big tippers. But after they turned me away I found another shop. Ralph’s by the hard wear store in down town pacific. They will get my business. I’ll never step foot in a place that turns you away before close it was 145 pm when I walked in and the three ladies all yelled out were closed. I almost feel discriminated against because I was a dude and they were a beauty salon. I wanted to get high lights if the price was right but they were adamit that they were closed. If that were my business and one of my employees turn away a customer away id expect to be fired. During covid19 every dollar counts but not this place will never visit this place again
