Critical: Quality, ValueI came in to get a subtle blonde balayage. I showed the stylist photos of what I wanted. When I got my hair done it was not what I expected in the slightest. I was extremely dissatisfied on the turn out and couldn’t even look at my hair after I got it done. I grew out my hair for a year of no highlights and had trust in going to this salon and it was a huge let down. I’m going through SO many struggles to fix my hair now. I called the salon 3 times after I got it done and left a message to get my hair FIXED and no response. I came in to get a subtle blonde balayage. I showed the stylist photos of what I wanted. When I got my hair done it was not what I expected in the slightest. I was extremely dissatisfied on the turn out and couldn’t even look at my hair after I got it done. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI have been here several times for a highlight and cut. I’ve had great experiences every time. Theresa has been my main stylist, and she is amazing at what she does. She has a unique eye for spotting the right cut and style on each person. Very kind and helpful. All the people I have met at salon are great. They make a great team! I have been here several times for a highlight and cut. I’ve had great experiences every time. Theresa has been my main stylist, and she is amazing at what she does. She has a unique eye for spotting the right cut and style on each person. Very kind and helpful. All the people I have met at salon are great. They make a great team! I would recommend this place to anyone.

I always have an idea of what I want to do with my hair but in the end I just let her do whatever she thinks will look good and she hasn’t been wrong yet. She gave my son his first haircut ever and did a great job. She even fixed it when I trimmed the hair out of his eyes and he was quickly on his way to a bowl cut if I wouldn’t have stopped and texted Denise. She has colored and cut my girlfriends hair changing it from a do it yourself red dye to an amazing natural (sandy blonde?) hair color and she loves it. I always have an idea of what I want to do with my hair but in the end I just let her do whatever she thinks will look good and she hasn’t been wrong yet. She gave my son his first haircut ever and did a great job.
