I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30. When I arrived there was no receptionist but did get greeted by a stylist doing someone’s hair. I did not see the receptionist until 11:45. I believe she was the receptionist, while she was very nice she informed me my stylist was going to be about another 10min while finishing up the client before me. Well I waited until 12:20 and without ever being acknowledge again, I walked out because I had kids at home being babysat. As I was driving away I could see someone out behind the salon smoking which I assume was the person that was going to cut my hair. I was very disappointed, I ended up wasting an hour of my time. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars was because the receptionist was nice and apologized for the wait. Unfortunately, they have lost my business and I will not be returning.

If there were ten stars to award, I’d do it. We came here for help in getting a wig we’ll need due to chemotherapy. Not only does Gwen know her stuff, but her warm heart and kind soul make her the perfect person to help people who are already feeling vulnerable. We left with a beautiful human hair wig, styled perfectly! (along with instructions on how to take care of it, etc)

I scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance, then got a confirmation text and thought I was good to go. The day of my appointment I got a call from the salon and they told me they didn’t have the proper tools to do my hair and couldn’t have in for my scheduled time. If i could give them zero stars i would. Awful customer service and the receptionist was rude on the phone. I will not be returning.
