Samantha takes the time to make sure my hair looks exactly how I want it every single time, she also makes sure I am loving any and all of the products I have purchased from the salon which I think is just unmatched customer service. Kia has done my brows for the last couple months and I am absolutely floored with how much I love them! Aside from the customer service factor and leaving satisfied with my results I also think their prices are more than fair compared to other establishments. Hands down my favorite place in town and I will continue to send anyone I know there. I have been all over the map with my hair color and cuts and not once have I left dissatisfied. Samantha takes the time to make sure my hair looks exactly how I want it every single time, she also makes sure I am loving any and all of the products I have purchased from the salon which I think is just unmatched customer service. Kia has done my brows for the last couple months and I am absolutely floored with how much I love them! I don’t have the easiest schedule to set up appointments in advance but she always finds a way to get me scheduled in somehow! I have never left her salon without be completely happy with the outcome of all of my appointments. I probably wasn’t always the best client, I was one of those that bounced back and forth from dark hair to light and Sam has taught me how to take care of my hair throughout the years and my hair is the healthiest it’s ever been! She’s got the most adorable salon with beautiful happy coworkers. I recommend every person who asks to this salon! I have been going to Sam who now owns this establishment for going on around 10 years. She is absolutely amazing! I don’t have the easiest schedule to set up appointments in advance but she always finds a way to get me scheduled in somehow!
