First of all I love my haircut, but I’m confused on the pricing. I received the shampoo, cut and style and the price online shows 42.00. My appointment reminder shows the appointment is 42.00. I’m then charged over 25% more when I check out. I was there 35 minutes and received a trim and layers. I wish the stylist the best but I can’t continue with that kind of increase. Just a suggestion. List price starting at 42.00

After recently purchasing clip in hair extensions I had them cut at a DIFFERENT salon and they did a terrible job. I really thought the only way to fix them would be to take a lot of length off. I booked an appt with Allie and she was absolutely incredible! Not only did she save my extensions but she was so nice and such a joy to work with. Highly recommend!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had an appt on Saturday that I had scheduled three weeks earlier. I spent an hour and a half of my time driving to my appt. My hairdresser forgot about my appt. and was not there. She offered to see me on a couple of other days, but I was unable as I have clients who have appts with me in those days as well. I gave her three days that I was available to make up my appt before going out of town. Never heard from her again. I had an appt on Saturday that I had scheduled three weeks earlier. I spent an hour and a half of my time driving to my appt. My hairdresser forgot about my appt. and was not there. She offered to see me on a couple of other days, but I was unable as I have clients who have appts with me in those days as well.
