Michael is amazing with massages!! I have recommended several people to him and I have used him a few times myself. I will continue going back to him. He takes time to make sure everything is perfect and makes you comfortable. From water to towels to the temperature in the room, he makes it so you can just relax. Highly recommended!

Called 3 times with no answer, finally the 4th time my call was answered and I was able to book my facial for the next day which was nice. Upon entering the “spa” (more like an office building turned spa really) the atmosphere was weird and not as I was expecting. Place didn’t feel super sanitary. Facial was nice but just didn’t feel like a legitimate spa, would not go again.

received a 3 massage voucher as a gift and had a wonderful couple’s massage with Yasmine and Michael… they are highly recommended! I called today after my fiancé mistakenly tossed out the card for the 3rd massage and the receptionist was very kind about it… they keep a record for us so it’s not a big deal 🙂

Horrible, don’t let the high rating fool you. Scheduled my first appointment, showed up and they made me wait 40 minutes before I just ended up leaving. Scheduled a second appointment the very next day for 11:15 and when I showed up the doors were locked. I saw the guy folding sheets inside so I decided to wait outside and left after 20 minutes. Don’t know who this guy thinks he is but he clearly has no respect for the importance of my time. Also it was in Hudson so I expected a very fancy atmosphere but it gives off a very creepy vibe, wouldn’t want my mom to go there.

Would give it a zero if possible. After numerous attempts to redeem 3 Groupon packages, they failed to answer phone, return messages to get scheduled, online booking was disabled, text messages thru their website went unanswered. Made a complaint with Groupon and eventually traded my deal for a more reputable place. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I bought a two visit Groupon package for this place. I’ve only been able to talk to two people, and they both told me that the salon does not do the services which I purchased. So now my $60 on Groupon will be used towards some other service that I don’t want so I don’t lose the money completely.

Bought a groupon which required an appointment. They never answer the phone and did not respond onto any of the numerous voicemails. I tried so many times I lost count. I work almost constantly and saved up money to treat myself. So much for that idea. Waste of time and money.

Got a gift card, so I took my sister there with me for some sibling time. Got our hair done. She wanted an ombre, then HE told her a “SOMBRE” would be better. Now, he’s entitled to his professional opinion, but she still wanted an ombre. Instead of giving her what she said she wanted, twice, he kept going on about the sombre. She told him about 8 times she didn’t want a sombre, but he was so persistent and started to say he wouldn’t do an ombre just because he didn’t think it would look good, so she said screw it do it then. She didn’t like it, and went to a different salon the next day.
