I was very unsatisfied with my lightener appointment. I booked online and the person I booked with wasn’t there. I then talked to a gentleman and he said they could get it done. I expressed the questions I had about my hair and the fact that I wanted to do a test strand. After about 10 minutes he said I lifted great and could get what I wanted. I sat there for over 3 hours while he did my hair. Once he got me to the bowl he said that my ends got stringy and we would have to cut some of it off and I had to make him wash the bleach off my roots because my head felt like it was on fire. I didn’t get the color I wanted, I have a small burn on the back of my head, my whole scalp hurts and itches, and my hair is falling out as I brush it. The lady he had cut my hair said that I would have some breakage and needed to be careful and he told me not to lighten it for a very long time. I would never go back here and I feel like I paid way to much. I don’t do this at my house because I know better than to mess with bleach but honestly I feel like I would have done better in my own. I’m afraid I’m going to lose all my hair and I would not recommend ever going here.
