Abigail did an excellent job on my hair! She made me feel welcome and at ease. She took time washing my hair and gave a great scalp massage during the process. I highly recommend her as she is very precise and knowledgeable in cutting hair. Her attention to detail is superb and gave me tips on how to style my hair and what kind of product to use. Positive: ProfessionalismEdit: They really made me feel at home and fixed my hair!! Thank you I showed multiple inspiration pictures to Brooklyn and my hair turned out absolutely terrible. Way too much hair was taken off on the bangs and my hair looks absolutely nothing like the inspiration pictures. The bangs are not blended well and are cut way to far on the sides. Absolutely terrible. She offered to fix it next week if I still don’t like it and I’m not sure how she plans to do that when you can’t put the hair back. She claimed she would start “thinner” and the first go which was what we stuck with is WAY to thick. Thought I’d bring my girlfriend in to get her nails done and I picked this place because it looks really nice in there. I paid 70 bucks and it looks pretty bad, her nails are pretty crooked like they weren’t shaped right. When she came out she wouldn’t even let me look at them at first. I’d understand if it was a Walmart salon or something, but after close to three hours and 70 dollars you should really get what you pay for.

Critical: ProfessionalismCalled twice 3 days in advance, no response so I left a voicemail with my information. Never recieved a call back, so I went in on the day I intended to make an appointment for and was told that the day was fully booked. Would’ve been nice to have any sort of acknowledgement that the customer service was pretty poor, or at least a response to my voicemail notifying me that there was no availability.
