Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWhere is the zero star button?! I took my 91 year old mother to this establishment for a 9am appointment. They left her unattended for a long time and finally someone told her that the person who was to cut her hair had called in. Couldn’t someone have called us to let us know ahead of time? Couldn’t they have attended to this visibly elderly lady and and let her know that she should call her ride rather than leave her sit for an hour. Where is the zero star button?! I took my 91 year old mother to this establishment for a 9am appointment. They left her unattended for a long time and finally someone told her that the person who was to cut her hair had called in. Couldn’t someone have called us to let us know ahead of time?
