Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMade an appointment for a manicure and pedicure at 530. Made to wait until 6 when she started my nails. Another customer comes in complaining as she’s working on my nails because she has an appointment at 630. Stopped doing my nails to take care of the rice customer regardless of me being here first! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. Would give it a half star if possible. They do not plan well even if you make appointments they will make you wait and take a walk in before you even if their already working on you! Don’t bother coming here. I was able to get on for a SPA pedicure with no problem. Very nice people. Such a relaxing pedicure. I have had many before at different places but I think I’m going to continue to come here. Very pleased and price was great.

I went to studio nails for the first time close to two years ago now and everyone was so nice, they greeted me and seemed like they wanted to be there. Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I only came here because my nail salon had no open appointments and I was going on vacation the next day. The salon was dirty and crowded, and the nail techs were unbelievably unprofessional. It took almost 3 hours for a full set. The nail techs kept switching and going and doing things and coming back. My nails lasted the week i was on vacation. I wasn’t doing anything crazy because I was relaxing, on vacation? I wasn’t going to write a review, but now like I said, after just one week, 4 of my nails popped off.

Vo is absolutely fantastic. She is SO talented and sweet. The salon is nice and clean as well. Everytime I go in for my fill my nails come out consistently fabulous. I would recommend to anybody.
