Critical: QualityPleaseeee do NOT go here. My mother and I booked an appointment and my mother already had short hair and had asked the stylist to make it a pixie cut. Simple enough. WRONG! My mothers hair was so patchy and uneven all throughout it looked like a 5 year old did it. I only needed my ends trimmed. My hair was down to my belt line. My stylist (different than my mothers) showed me that she would be taking about an inch and a half off of my hair and asked if that was fine. I said yes and she proceeded. Pleaseeee do NOT go here. My mother and I booked an appointment and my mother already had short hair and had asked the stylist to make it a pixie cut. Simple enough. WRONG! My mothers hair was so patchy and uneven all throughout it looked like a 5 year old did it. I only needed my ends trimmed. My hair was down to my belt line. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy daughter paid $140 for ombre we showed stylist photo she said she could do it! (I’m not able to post a before and after picture) we asked her to fix it she said yes, then I read reviews and saw where others had been made worse, so I asked for money back. The stylist/owner said no that she had 4 hours in the chair and too much bleach to lose the money. I informed her if she would have went by the picture that would not have happened. In the end she had it dyed back (close to original color) and paid $140 for that. (I’m not able to post a before and after picture) we asked her to fix it she said yes, then I read reviews and saw where others had been made worse, so I asked for money back.
