Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityDon’t bother. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come out then he told to make an appointment. I said ok can I schedule one now? He said 9:30 tomorrow but didn’t take my name down or anything, he just walked past me as he said 9:30. I figured he didn’t want or need my $$, maybe this will encourage others to go to a shop that wants your business. Besides, the tattoo “art” on the walls were mediocre at best; Perhaps I dodged a bullet by not getting a piercing at this shop, hopefully you will too.Don’t bother. He said 9:30 tomorrow but didn’t take my name down or anything, he just walked past me as he said 9:30. I recently had a piercing done by someone in ABQ. I had to come to los lunas for something and this piercing was throbbing! I was in so much pain and I was just waiting for studio 314 to open up so someone could take out my piercing. I thought I would go there early and wait for someone to arrive. When I got there, Leo was just leaving, he was in a rush and needed to go. I asked him if he would remove the piercing because it was causing me so much pain!! I was in tears! Leo let me go right in, he had some trouble removing the piercing because it was a particular type of jewelry. But he didn’t give up, even though he was trying to be somewhere else, he didn’t stop until the jewelry was out of my ear! He finally got it. And I am so thankful! Not only is Leo an amazing tattoo artist who did most of my tattoos. He’s a good guy.

I’ve been here a few times actually for piercings. I had went to someone else who didn’t do a good job. But Leo had fixed the other persons mistake. Very professional and clean place. Very satisfied. Will go here for other piercings and maybe tattoos. Need to think of a great tattoo to get first. But by far a great place to go.
