I had a family emergency come up at the very last minute and couldn’t make my appointment with Kennedy. They make you give your credit card info prior to even allowing you to make an appointment (I should have known at that point to not go there!) She had NO PROBLEM taking the FULL amount from my back account and did absolutely NO WORK Kennedy now won’t answer me back AT ALL!?!?!?! And I’ve tried to contact her numerios times!

For 217.00 omg no no no! They couldn’t help me with an issue I was having with my hair, then I had to come home and cut it my self, no body has even noticed I had hi lites except my husband because he knew! For one i have never I’n my life spent that much money on my hair and I never will again! Nice place and the girl that did it was nice, but how she got out of school and have no clue what was going on with my hair is unbelievable! Will I go back? No Way

i wouldn’t recommend to anyone who wants bangs, the girls were very nice but cut my bangs way too short. they didn’t wet my hair before starting to cut and didn’t bother to part my hair in the middle or even ask. now i have to wait two weeks for them to grow out. if i wanted to be heartbroken about my bangs being too short i could’ve done this myself. sorry.

100% the best salon I’ve been to yet. My wax was easy and basically pain free. The ladies that greeted me at the front instantly made me comfortable and offered me a bottle of water. Will definitely be back!
