She gives you the kind of color and style that makes other people notice, so be prepared for compliments! I know that I can choose any color, any cut, and she will be able to achieve what I want every single time. She is also very particular with hair health and will make sure to keep that as a top priority. She is truly flawless with her work.The atmosphere is very inviting and clean. I love that there is so much dimension in one space with concrete floors, the greenery that is perfectly placed, and the divided yet open hair washing area (which are by far the most comfortable chairs I’ve been in at a salon). As someone who does not venture on the north side often, and who is easily intimidated by the “boosieness” of it all, I have NEVER been made to feel out of place or lesser than at Studio 3019. Everyone is so kind and down to earth. I will never go to another salon!Kelsey and Makayla are both wonderful colorists and are both amazing with extension installation. Kelsey provided consultations for extensions, which I SO appreciated, and it is clear how knowledgeable she is about her craft.Everyone at Studio 3019 has been INCREDIBLY accommodating during the pandemic. Kelsey always followed up with appointments when things became crazy in the beginning. As someone who does not venture on the north side often, and who is easily intimidated by the “boosieness” of it all, I have NEVER been made to feel out of place or lesser than at Studio 3019.
