Thank you Denise for being a hair goddess. Denise did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations!! She did exactly what I wanted. My hair needed some TLC and thats what I got! Critical: ProfessionalismDo not go hair unless you want your hair to be cut as the stylist wants it, not as you explained. I told Denise 3 times to “dust the ends off and keep the length all even. She cut the hair from my shoulders to my chin and cut the sides way too short and with face framing layers and NOT all the same length as the black. I told her that I didn’t like it because it was too short. Denise said that at least the color is good. I am so upset because I had been growing out my hair for months. She did the consultation at the front desk. That was a first for me. Maybe if I could have been in the chair to explain how I wanted it trimmed, I would have the cut I wanted and be stuck with a style that I absolutely hate. I will have to spend a long time to grow it back out. I will be looking at my self with the style that I do not like for a long time. Denise is not a stylist I would ever recommend. Stay far away from this salon.
