Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was my before and after. I heard great things about Maria and Studio 29. I figured it won’t hurt to try it out. I knew I was going to need more than one session to get to my desired hair color. My first picture was session one with another stylist at another salon. I was not happy. My after when I tell you my jaw dropped. I mean it. The girls on her team are wonderful and made me feel at home. This was the first time I ever got a true Salon experience. I get so many compliments and she definitely boosted my confidence. Thank you a million times to Maria and her girls. I can’t remember their names but I appreciate the time and effort they put in my hair. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend! Also, that purple shampoo works miracles. This was my before and after. I heard great things about Maria and Studio 29. I figured it won’t hurt to try it out. I knew I was going to need more than one session to get to my desired hair color. My first picture was session one with another stylist at another salon. I was not happy. My after when I tell you my jaw dropped. I mean it. Critical: ProfessionalismFirst, they told me to be there super early and still had to wait about half an hour outside for them to open.Second, when I made the appointment they asked for a picture they told me they were able to do that on my hair. When I was there they asked me again to show them a picture and I did they said that they were able to do that job. When I had all the aluminum in my hair they come to me saying that my hair won’t turn out the way I asked them. I asked for a blonde it turned out brown. Critical: PunctualityI thought this place was amazing since I had never gotten my hair done professionally. This was untilll I went to another salon after trying to get another appointment here.For starters, I was there for TEN hours to get my hair bleached AND they ruined my shirt. They left the bleach in my hair longer than they should have, and they washed it out all at the same time. Tell me: in what world does it make sense to wash off bleach that was applied 45 minutes prior to the last section at the SAME time!?At the new place I went to, they washed the bleach off in sections, starting where they first applied it. I was in and out in 2.5 hours. When I told my new stylist about my experience here, she was in disbelief.They are completely unorganized and they overbook themselves. I had to wait 45 minutes to be attended even when I had an appointment.Don’t come here, the bottom right layer that they started on first is fried because these people left bleach on it for an hour and a half.Services: Balayage, Hair coloringI thought this place was amazing since I had never gotten my hair done professionally. I went platinum & it came out exactly how I wanted it! & they’re so friendly! Appointment scheduler sucks at communicating ignores you for days. This place used to be better now it’s just over hyped definitely regret getting my hair done here! It took me so long to get my hair done because I was looking for a good place to go to thought I had found one but I was wrong, Never again. I came to get my hair done here I told them how I wanted my hair very simple balayage they ended up doing my hair completely different doesn’t look too bad but not what I asked for. Appointment scheduler sucks at communicating ignores you for days. This place used to be better now it’s just over hyped definitely regret getting my hair done here!
