I’ve been seeing Samfor awhile now.i schedule my appts 5 to 6 weeks out . Had an appt scheduled for 6/22/22 @ 12:30 . Drove over for my appt let Terry the owner know I was there for Sam and she rudely said to me I didn’t have an appt. I shared I did it had been written on my card and write it on my calendar. She told me to go get my card as if I was lying. I’ve never missed or showed up at a wrong time since I’ve been going there and if Sam needed me to come on earlier I’ve accommodated her schedule. I let Sam know what happened…..she didn’t apologize for any inconvenience or the owners rudeness. She just said I don’t see anything open now I’ll keep an eye open. I only want roots done and I typically never get my hair blown out so she could’ve fit me in at some point and had someone shampoo me. I even asked her to give me the name of the person who did my hair while she was on maternity leave…..she never responded . Sam was inconsiderate , self centered and insensitive. So for those who say she is great…..wait until something doesnt go right for her than you’ll see her true colors. I’ve since found another stylist and my hair looks great . Shame on Sam she should be ashamed of herself for not taking care of her customer.

Janet Charlsen was the first hair stylist that colored and cut my hair that I immediately liked. First time that I never came home and re-did my hair. She listens to what you like and don’t like. She gave me a few suggestions which I really liked. Very patient and kind. I am so happy that after two years I finally found a hair stylist that I love.

love the vibe….carolyn is amazing…every type of specialty massage you can think of…takes her time never rushes you and very informative and kind. Recovering from surgery and her stone massage helped immensely. Sam is a stylist and expert color guru. she is sweet and she made my hair look natural and beautiful. this is a no drama salon. Relaxing and welcoming
