Every time I leave the studio with a new set of lashes or a refill I’m obsessed. I love them so much! Rose is amazing, very professional and polite. “100% coverage”, false. “3 days to report any issues and have them fixed free of charge”, false. If you’re not willing to stick to what you advertise, you shouldn’t advertise it. I also worked here for a short amount of time and was lied to, she wanted to pay me through venmo (as if any professional would do so), refused to pay me any wage for training, and let me go under the guise of “please come in to go over your contract”. I was told I was being let go because of her moving suites, but as anyone can see, it doesn’t look like she’s going anywhere. Professionalism is important, when I worked here it wasn’t evident, and when I stayed a loyal and paying customer it wasn’t evident then either. Cancelling someone as a client for expressing concerns of being overcharged for a luxury service and not providing the standard of that service is something else to say the least.
