Deanna, also the shop owner, has clients she has taken care of for 20 years. She has helped me with my difficult thick curly coarse hair. She has my business from now on! Her prices are very reasonable, and appointments are available in reasonable time frames. She’s a pleasure to chat with and really knows her stuff and not trying to “upsell” you on extras you don’t need.. She cut my hair beautifully!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueDue to my stylist in Tacoma (who I’ve seen for 20+ years) not seeing clients any longer due to medical issues, I was forced to find a new stylist. I contacted Studio 210 since its 5 minutes from my home on a Thursday and they were able to schedule me with Katie for Sat at 5pm. I was excited to get in so quickly since I was long overdue for a cut, but needless to say, I was very nervous switching to a new stylist but Katie made me feel very comfortable. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, we discussed some options and I walked out of the shop with the perfect haircut. Due to my stylist in Tacoma (who I’ve seen for 20+ years) not seeing clients any longer due to medical issues, I was forced to find a new stylist. I contacted Studio 210 since its 5 minutes from my home on a Thursday and they were able to schedule me with Katie for Sat at 5pm. Critical: QualityI came in and got a full foil, I wasn’t happy the first time with the color came back and wanted it brightened and no BRASSY OR GOLDEN, just more blonde and bright. It’s now golden at roots and just not happy with the color with going twice for blonde. During this same experience I got “jam, violet” underneath my hair, it’s not vibrant at all, color doesn’t touch the back of my neck root, I asked to bleach that part and then color and she wouldn’t do that. When I’ve done it plenty of times before . I also got a trim. Just wanted very little off the ends. I had hair down the middle of my back. It’s NOW to my shoulders w barely half an inch passing. I am VERY upset with the work that has been done on my hair and I won’t be coming back. I absolutely regret not waiting for my normal hair dresser and wanted to give someone a try. It’s almost as she wanted to cut, and dye my hair only to her liking. These stylists are well trained, not just beginners. The studio is always classy and decorated for the season. All stylists are professional and have great customer relations always providing that extra touch. They take their time to get to know you and you always feel welcome when you get there, never rushed to grab the next client. I have never had an issue parking close to the studio.
