Recently moved to Hartford and I’m so happy to have found Carmen at Studio 2000! I always struggle to find someone who does well with curly hair and layers… and is affordable. Carmen does a great job, at a great price, and she’s fast. Shop is clean, parking is easy on side st or along Park ave. Highly recommend.
