Terrible. I had talked to Shirley before I made an appointment. She assured me she knew how to cut curly hair. As I sat in the chair to get a cut, Shirley went on about how one doesn’t want to cut the hair too short. It’s better to leave it slightly longer, and you can always take more off if needed. Then she proceeded to cut my bangs so short, that almost my entire forehead shows – the bangs are maybe 2 inches away from the hairline. Inexcusable. She obviously doesn’t know how to cut hair, or practice what she preaches and I will never never use this salon again.
